Always check that you have removed the shipping seals from your printer cartridges before loading them into your printer. |
| |
|
 |
Make sure you use quality printer cartridges in your machine. |

Paper Settings generally
control the amount of ink that is put on the paper.
The plain paper setting uses the most ink, while
glossy film and photo paper settings use the least. |
| |
|
|
|
Top loading printers should have their paper
removed overnight and stored back in the original
packaging - humidity causes the paper to curl
which in turn will increase the amount of jams
and feeding faults. |
| |
|
|
|
Following the recommended maintenance schedule
will prolong the life of your printer and minimise
wear / downtime. |
| |
|
|
|
As a toner spill inside your machine can damage
circuit boards, please check toner cartridges
carefully for excess leaking before loading. Make
sure you use quality consumable products in your
machines. |

Some transparencies / labels are not suitable
for use in laser printers - always use labels
/ transparencies / paper labelled "laser
printer" to avoid damage to the unit.
Note: Unsupported stock will void any warranty. |
